Jag har en sådan hat-kärlek för träning och märker att jag är på en resa att hitta en HÅLLBAR eld och drivkraft för rörelse.
Jag har länge intalat mig ”att jag tränar för mitt mentala välmående” men märker hur lätt det är att jag går in i tankar som rör min fysiska kropp och utseende. Märker också hur lätt dessa tankar triggas igång i gym-miljö där jag tolkar att många befinner sig för att FÖRÄNDRA något på sin kropp. Energin jag fångar upp runt omkring mig från många är en känsla av otillräcklighet. Typ något i stil med: ”Förändrar jag inte min kropp till det bättre så är jag inte älskvärd”. Kanske kan du känna igen dig?
Och det skrämmer mig lite. Hur lätt jag dras med och börjar tänka tankar som att ”jag måste träna för att bli smalare” osv och hur jag DIREKT tappar motivationen när träningen kommer från en plats av att jag inte är tillräcklig och behöver förändra något i mitt utseende.

Ja, exakt så! Jag vill träna för att jag ÄLSKAR kroppen, inte för att jag vill förändra den (!)
Sen om det kommer på köpet att min kropp också förändras till det yttre är ju ingen nackdel, men kan för mig personligen inte vara den primära drivkraften. Att träna utifrån en plats av otillräcklighet eller skuldläggande på den egna kroppen är inte en hållbar strategi för mig.
Här har jag den sista tiden märkt ett väldigt vackert skifte i min upplevelse av träning som har varit så vackert.
Ett skifte som jag bland annat tar med mig från mitt möte med Josefine Bengtsson från @josefinesyoga för någon vecka sedan där hon sa en mening som nådde mitt inre på ett så fint sätt. Ja, ni vet den där grejen av att man ibland bara behöver höra precis rätt ord i precis rätt stund från precis rätt person:
”Vad händer om vi känner kroppen från insidan istället för att fastna i hur den ser ut på utsidan?”
Och jag fattar. Orden är väl inget man INTE hört förut, men sättet hon sa det på gick rakt in i mig och väckte en helt ny frågeställning inom mig i relation till träning.
(Nu när jag skriver det här så är jag inte ens säker på att hon sa dom orden eller om det var något jag själv tog med mig från energin i samtalet, men det lär visa sig när samtalet släpps nästa Tisdag dvs 21/3…. 😅🙈)
Oavsett vad så har jag burit med mig det mantrat in i min träning de senaste passen och känt ett sådant starkt skifte. Som att jag kan dra på mig hörlurarna på gymmet, sätta på den mest inspirerande podd jag kan hitta och ge min kropp den dos av kärlek som den längtar efter just i den stunden. Allt med nyfikenheten och uppmärksamheten på intentionen att känna in denna fråga:
Vad händer INUTI min kropp just nu? Vilka sensationer känner jag? Vad händer i cellerna?
Wow vilket skifte. För mig har det inneburit en djupare kontakt med sensationen av att träna utifrån en djup intention att uppleva kroppens sensationer INIFRÅN, inte UTIFRÅN. Det i sin tur har gjort att jag har känt ännu mer känslor av liv och kraft under mina träningspass.
Längtar efter att få ge er det här samtalet, och ser väldigt mycket fram emot att få höra din upplevelse av samtalet. Inspireras väldigt mycket av Josefines perspektiv och tankar om att jobba mer inifrån med relationen till kroppen och hoppas att ni ska älska samtalet lika mycket som jag 🙋🏽♀️
